Android Ice Cream Sandwich is under investigation for patents

Recently BigG has returned the announcement of Android Ice Cream Sandwich because the new release of Android is under investigation for patents. The first time Google has returned Android 4.0 for solidarity to the death of Steve Jobs, and now BigG must return Android 4.0 because Google may used a few patents of other companies.

At the moment there isn't any information about the presentation of Android 4.0 and Nexus Prime.
